Responsible & Sustainable Travel
We work to minimise our impact on Scotland's natural environment through thoughtful, practical choices across the business — reducing waste, using resources responsibly, cutting unnecessary paper and printing, and looking for ways to lower our carbon footprint.
Steps we've taken so far:
Departure points for our scheduled tours are centrally located, so guests can reach us on foot or by public transport, easing local congestion and emissions.
Our team is encouraged toward sustainable travel, including public transport and cycling, supported through our Cycle to Work scheme.
Our electric van meets UK Low Emission Zone requirements and produces no tailpipe emissions, giving us a cleaner way to move guests and equipment.
We maintain our e-bikes regularly, repairing components where we can rather than replacing them, and follow proper procedures for battery charging, storage and end-of-life handling — keeping bikes in use longer and reducing waste.
We follow the principles of Leave No Trace and the UK Countryside Code, and encourage guests to do the same, respecting the places they visit and supporting local businesses along the way.

Social Responsibility
We value diversity and inclusion across our team and aim to make every guest, partner and community we work with feel welcome — treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
Steps we've taken so far:
We prioritise our team's health, safety and wellbeing, with a supportive working environment and room to learn and grow.
Guest safety comes first. We provide clear guidance on e-bike use, road awareness, weather conditions and equipment, so people can enjoy our experiences with confidence.
We ask guests to be considerate of local residents and to follow local guidance, helping preserve the character of each place we visit.
We're continually working to make our experiences more inclusive and accessible — from pre-booking information to the routes we offer — and we listen closely to individual guest needs.
